Use of Service
By accessing our website and services operated as Delhi Dough Pizzeria (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws of India. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
- You must be at least 18 years old or use the service under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep your contact details up to date.
- We may modify features, suspend access, or terminate accounts for misuse or violations.
Orders and Payments
- All prices are in INR and include applicable GST unless otherwise noted.
- Orders are confirmed upon payment authorization. For Cash on Delivery (COD), confirmation is upon our acceptance of the order.
- Accepted payment methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/Mastercard/RuPay), NetBanking, and COD where available.
- For UPI or card payments, you authorize your bank/PSP to debit the amount shown at checkout.
- Delivery timelines depend on traffic, area-specific restrictions, and weather conditions.
- In rare cases of stock unavailability, we may contact you for substitution or cancel and refund.
- Invoices include GST details; retain them for any tax or warranty queries.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact us within 48 hours with your order number, payment reference, and contact details. We will investigate and resolve in a reasonable time.
Refunds
If your order arrives significantly late, damaged, cold beyond reasonable standards, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours for a resolution. We may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
- Refunds for electronic payments are processed to the original source within 5–7 business days (bank times may vary).
- COD refunds (where applicable) may be issued as bank transfer or store credit upon verification within 5–7 business days.
- Part-consumed items may be eligible for partial refunds subject to inspection and evidence (photos and order number).
- No refunds for change-of-mind once preparation has started.
- Allergy-related refunds apply only if the item did not follow the allergy notes you provided and we accepted.
Cancellations
- Customer-initiated cancellations are allowed before preparation begins. After that, cancellations may not be possible.
- We may cancel due to force majeure, safety concerns, or address verification failure. Any prepayment will be refunded.
Prohibited Use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful, defamatory, harmful, or infringing content. Automated scraping, spamming, reverse engineering, or interfering with security features is prohibited.
Food Safety and Allergens
- Please disclose allergies at the time of ordering in the special instructions.
- We prepare food in facilities that may handle gluten, dairy, nuts, and other allergens. Cross-contact risk cannot be entirely eliminated.
- Consumption is at your own discretion; always check labels and descriptions before ordering.
Delivery, Title, and Risk
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address or authorized recipient you designate.
- If you are unavailable, delivery may be left with security/reception where permitted, or the order returned. Additional delivery attempts may incur charges.
- We may verify phone numbers before delivery; failure to answer may delay or cancel the order.
Promotions and Credits
- Promotional codes and credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be revoked for abuse or fraud.
- Unless stated, promotions cannot be combined and are valid only for the specified period and service area.
Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our privacy practices. We minimize data collection and process personal data as per applicable Indian laws. Do Not Track signals are respected for non-essential tracking.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the service, or violation of law or third-party rights.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
- Where applicable, disputes may first be attempted to be resolved amicably; failing which, they may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in New Delhi, conducted in English by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material updates will be indicated by revising the “Effective date.”
